The New Dakota Motorcycle Practice Test Three will help you determine what areas you need to study to ensure you pass the state motorcycle written test. It will also prepare you for both the content and the format of the official exam.

More About the ND Motorcycle Practice Test

There are 25 questions drawn from the North Dakota Motorcycle Operator’s Manual. The questions are all written by experts, multiple choice and presented in a similar format to the test you will take at the North Dakota DOT. In other words, this practice test will give you a very good idea of what to expect on the real test and it will help you identify if there are any areas that you need to study more before you visit the DOT.

To help you make the most of your study time, we have included several bonus features with this practice test:

  • Instant feedback with the correct answer to each question
  • Unlimited test attempts
  • Performance tracking so you know how you are doing during the test

This practice test will also help you learn how to pace yourself and not feel rushed when you are taking the official test. You need to answer at least 20 of the 25 questions on the practice test correctly in order to pass.

About the Questions on the Practice Test

When riding in a group should turns be made single file or two by two? Also, when riding in a group inexperienced riders should be placed where? These are examples of questions you may find on the test.

You may also see questions on selecting a motorcycle that is right for you, riding on dangerous surfaces, safety gear, stopping quickly, turning and more.

This test was not designed to be easy, rather it is intended to challenge you so that you are better prepared to earn your license. Receiving that license will enable you to see North Dakota’s sights on your motorcycle – like the Badlands on the Theodore Roosevelt Park Loop and the valley scenery and rolling hills that are visible on the Sheyenne River Valley Scenic Byway.

Take our practice test to get one step closer to receiving your license.
